Order Cancellation

• The cancellation window starts from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered goods.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) were purchased within the last 15 days.

• The item(s) are in their original packaging.

• The item(s) are unused and in resellable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

• Goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods or valid proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.

• If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit instead. The gift certificate will be emailed to you after we receive the return.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the item was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
